Sarah Agolia

Sarah Agolia(she/her) is a Chicago-based designer, artist, and maker! With a passion for all things art and storytelling, she became interested in the power of various art forms, like music and writing. In 2019, she moved from St Louis, MO to Chicago, IL to pursue a BA in Film and Television with an emphasis on production design. She took this time to pursue her interest in production design and scenic art through courses at DePaul's film and theatre school.

She has been exploring the design process from a live to a recorded medium, fascinated by the similarities and differences of the creative process. Through coursework and work experience in Chicago, she gained practical design skills including concept design and fabrication. Taking her interest in production design into live entertainment helped her gain a more well-rounded understanding of entertainment design.
